I hope you can join us over the summer for this very special practice! Every Tuesday evening, June-September, gather with lots of other yogis for Sunset Yoga on the grounds of the historic Dunkirk Lighthouse! We donate 30 percent of the class earnings with the Lighthouse, which is a non-profit and a vital part of our community. The style of practice is a slow Vinyasa, which should be accessible to most people. Modifications are modeled and encouraged. Remember: this is YOUR practice. The option of sitting in meditation while watching the sun dip or taking a break in child’s pose or Savasana are always available.
